Level Five - Elevates leaders with Continuing Education through various Leadership Training Seminars and affords opportunities for involvement in Humanitarian Outreach
The Strategic Leadership Summit is designed to "refresh leaders and renew strategies." This forum has been used to cast vision for the Five Level Harvest Strategy and equip key leaders to host the Supreme Task Discipleship Training program.
The Teaching the Teachers Seminar provides every teacher with instruction on how to teach the Supreme Task Discipleship Training curriculum effectively. "We want every student to have equally good instruction no matter which school they attend."
The Women to Women Mentorship Conference provides training and mentoring for key women by key women. Most leadership seminars emphasize the role of men in leadership. The Women to Women Mentorship Conference focuses on "Celebrating, Empowering and Releasing" women in their role.
Supreme Task Assistance Teams (S.T.A.T.) provides assistance during times of disaster or calamity.
Following the 7.6 major Earthquake in northern India and Pakistan, Supreme Task Assistance Teams helped more than 3,000 survivors with tents and blankets in the district of Uri, Kashmir. Follow up programs for temporary and permanent housing are ready to be implemented. "This might be our only opportunity to make friends in what some consider "hostile" territory."
Supreme Task Literacy Program is an ongoing outreach which enables those who are underprivileged to read and write. According to India Today, Independence Day Special August 15th, 2004 "Every third Indian is illiterate."
Plans are currently under way to purchase land and build the Supreme Task International Headquarters, Training and Conference Center. This facility will house administrative offices, enable us to better facilitate the Five Level Harvest Strategy, and provide a Conference Center which other Christian organizations can utilize and enjoy.
