Five Level Harvest Strategy
Level Four - Ministry Training
Level Four supplies Leadership and Ministry Training for those called to full time ministry.
While levels one, two and three are for everyone, level four is only for those have attended a Supreme Task Discipleship Training school, are called into full time ministry, and have received a recommendation to attend from a Local Coordinator.
Supreme Task Ministry Training Center is a four-month live-on-campus school. Students receive a minimum of 320 hours of classroom instruction including; Biblical Doctrine, Leadership Skills, Character Building, Financial Stewardship, Relational Skills, and practical training related to their specific calling. Outreaches, Projects, Practical Skills courses and Physical Education are also part of the training process in addition to their classroom instruction. "We want students to succeed in every area of their lives, and lead lives of significance by helping others."
Upon graduation students will be sent back into their communities better equipped to take on leadership positions, evangelize, teach, administrate, and help plant new churches. Some will partner with Supreme Task to reach new districts, states, and countries with the Five Level Harvest Strategy.
