Level Three - Discipleship Training
Level Three offers a 30 Day Discipleship Training course which provides intensified training and mentoring for new believers.
Supreme Task Discipleship Training (STDT) allows every believer access to basic training. This intensified course is held in a simple style, taught in the local language, with oversight provided by a local Pastor who has been trained to administrate the school.
Students receive a minimum of 80 hours of classroom instruction by certified teachers, along with books, room, board and a certificate of completion.
Following one of the Discipleship Training schools one Pastor commented to his entire congregation, "These students have learned more in 30 days than I could teach them in five years."
Most students become highly motivated leaders taking active, responsible positions in the local church which results in local church growth. One church in Orissa began holding 30-Day Discipleship Training schools and grew from 50 - 300 members in less than 2 years.
Our desire is that an STDT be conducted in every state and every district of every state, over the next five years.
