Five Level Harvest Strategy
Level Two - Seekers Conference
Level Two provides a Seekers Conference following the Crusade. This setting is an open forum designed to answer questions and challenge new Believers to a greater commitment.
This is possibly the most unique part of the vision. Typically Pastors are depended on to "Shepard" new believers into their churches after a crusade. Typically they are not successful. Where Christians are misunderstood, shunned, or worse, it is unrealistic to expect someone with this negative image to immediately cross over the line and join the ranks of the "forbidden." It is almost standard for an individual hearing the Gospel for the first time to add Jesus to their long list of gods. Without being offered the opportunity for additional training there is little hope for greater understanding.
The Seekers Conference offers new believer another level of opportunity - a special event to which everyone is invited. One or more days is organized to be both entertaining and spiritually revealing. "The question we want to answer is; "How is this "good news" relevant to my daily life?"" These and other questions are answered through motivational and gifted national leaders who have had those same questions answered in their own lives.
