Current Project Needs

Here is the budget for our current (STBTC) Supreme Task Bible Training Center four month full time ministry training for 100 students and 15 staff in northern India. Begins August 1 - November 24, 2006:

Facility, Cooks, Food, Lodging		$28000		$ 28000		This breaks down to less than $1.75 per person per day to house and feed them for four months.
Faculty		$4000		$ 4000		STBTC is a mostly volunteer staff. In addition to a few veteran staff we have a number of quality graduates from STBTC who have returned to give their time.
Equipment		$1000		$ 1000		Still needed: Sound equipment
Repair and Maintenance		$1000		$ 1000		It happens. Stuff breaks down.
Gifts and Honorarium		$1500		$ 1500		Some of the very best teachers in all of India are available. All they ask is that we provide their transportation and a very small honorarium.
Transportation		$2000		$ 2000		Due to lack of space on campus some of our faculty and guests have to stay off campus nearby and commute every day. Since many of them donate their time we feel it’s a small price to pay.
Printing and Stationary		$500		$ 500		This is for student handouts, outlines, tests, reports etc. used by the students.
Medical Expenses		$500		$ 500		A number of students come from different areas and are not used to the change of water, climate, and even food. With that many students we have to be prepared to treat them.
Telephone, postage		$1100		$ 1100		In order to find a campus for STBTC to meet we had to go 5 hours outside of Delhi by train. It will require us the spend a bit more to communicate
General Expense		$1000		$ 1000		In spite of having conducted several STBTC before there are always surprises. Better to plan ahead with a few extra dollars.
